Staff Applications

Do you want to become a staff member on Spawning?
Do you think you would be a good fit? Please read the requirements before applying.

Before Applying...

Please know that:

To let us know you are professional, please be mature throughout the entire staff process.
* This staff management position is just for you to engage with the community and help, and you will not be paid. Before applying, you agree that you have understood this statement.

Trainee

Starter/beginner. We will see how you are doing first.

Mod

Given after you showed us you are the right fit to our team.

SrMod

Given after you've shown us that you are experienced enough.

Admin

Given after you've shown that you can handle the server.

Perks

  • Special Staff Badge: All staff members will receive a special badge on their discord and in-game chats.

  • Staff Support: Receive support from other staff members especially our administrators.

  • Investigations: Access to staff-only channels, announcements and commands.

What We Want From You

Requirements

* Before applying, you must of not had a warning in the past 2 months, both in-game and on the Discord server.
* You also must have some knowledge of the server to at least answer basic player questions. We are here to help if you ever need anything.
* If you are fairly new to the server and you decide to apply, you will not be accepted.

  • Must be 15 or older.
    This staff management position is for those who are mature and can take responsibility for the community.

  • Must be able to screenshot/record evidence for punishments.
    This allows you to document any punishments you administer on the server. This also allows us to see how you are doing with punishing rule breaking and will provide feedback if necessary.

  • Do not ask staff to review your application:
    This will result in your application being instantly denied.

  • Grammatically correct responses are required:
    Please do not answer questions with improper grammar.

  • Your responses cannot be edited:
    Once you submit your application, you cannot edit your response, so double, if not triple-checking your application is highly recommended.

Benefits

  • Have fun: We sometimes call about once or twice a month, hanging out on the server or sometimes do Hypixel sessions.

  • We are friendly!: We love making jokes towards each other (as most likely seen everywhere on the server). :3
